Julie Keller is trying to get a Bill passed with the Senate to have (updated) road reflectors installed on existing speed (& possibly various road signs) which do not hinder the driver and make an efficient road deterrent reflection for the large animals (as it appears as a fence) once the cars are gone the animals can go back to their natural migration. Maintenance creates jobs (success in other states for the prison program).

There are many more deer getting hit than horses on the hwy’s, which is harmful to humans and animals alike. Julie hopes to see the reflectors put all over. She is familiar with much of the territory here (including and not limited to): Hwy 50 East, Geiger Grade, Mark Twain estate and more.

Gail Ballinger has been very helpful too with the Scientific Test on the Document.

We’re in the middle of the Nevada Legislative season – Nevada government only meets every 2 years for 5 months!!!! And it seems we are having our fair share of nonsensical bills being presented for consideration.

March 23rd (Monday) Julie spent her whole day in meetings at the regarding these reflectors. She expressed she had a nice receptive feel from the meetings and hopes the information was taken well.

March 24th (Tuesday) and March 26th (Thursday), I will be meeting Julie for the first time and going along to the meetings at the Senate to help support the Cause & especially Julie. I am excited to learn more about this process and mostly for a positive outcome on the Cause.
